How do pre-orders work?
How do pre-orders work?
Customers can order their plants ahead of the summer planting season. This is a great option for people that have some experience gardening and for those that know what they are looking for and want to plan ahead. Pre-ordered plants will be reserved for pick up on from 3-7pm Monday through Friday and 2-5pm on Saturday.
All pre-orders are pick up only at our Bruderheim Greenhouse.
Pre-orders are not available for shipping or delivery at this time.

Customers can select their date for pick up when they are ready to checkout online. You can schedule a pick up up to 14 days in advance.

Yes! You can purchased soil, seeds, and hand goods online for pick up with your plants.

We try very hard to ensure our plant availability, and in the event we do sell out of something that you order we will contact you about making a substitution. If there is not a suitable substitution, we may issue a refund for the item that is out of stock.
