Planting Party Booking $20/person booking fee
Planting parties are an enjoyable way to spend a few hours and get a jumpstart on your beautiful plants and flowers for the summer. Our staff will help you select your own unique plant combinations from our extensive product line to suit your planting vision.
How to Book
- Please add the total number of people to your booking before selecting Book your slot. Use the quantity selector to add a maximum of 20 people per booking.
- Select your Date & Time. Click Next.
- Add your booking details and click Confirm.
- Click Add to cart.
Complete the checkout process and pay for your booking.
How Pot Sizes Works
Our plants come a variety of sizes. Certain plants are only available in specific sizes.
- 6 pack - contain 6 of the same plant in one pack
- 3.5" - contains a single annual, herb, or veggie.
- 4" - single annual or tall tomato.
- 5" - round pot size f, begonias
- 6" - large annuals, grasses ,
- 7" - large plants such as grasses,
- 3 Gallon - large sizes of plants

We are open 7 days a week in the Spring (following Earth Day). Parties can be booked on evenings or weekends. There is no party availability on Mothers Day Weekend or the May Long Weekend.
- Weekend Booking: The earliest booking time is 10 am with the latest at 2 pm.
- Weekday Evenings – 6 pm is the latest time to book.
Bookings & Cancellations
- Parties must be booked a minimum of 3 days in advance.
- You can reschedule your booking up to 2 days before the event.
- You can cancel a booking up until 1 day before the booking.
- Last minute cancellations or no shows will not be refunded.
- Participants may bring their own pots (must be clean of dirt) or purchase pots or containers from our greenhouse selection.
- Standard booking fees of $20/person apply to groups of 2 - 20 people.
- Accommodations can be made for large groups over 20 people at an additional cost.
- Full Payment is due at the time of online booking. The payment is determined by the number of people in your party. Increasing the number of attendees after booking will increase the cost.
- A grow & care fee will be charged to keep your containers at the greenhouse until pick after the May long weekend. The fee varies based on size and duration of time.
- Alcohol is not permitted on-site during planting parties. Attendees may bring their own non-alcoholic beverages and food refreshments for their guests.
- Plants that are used in all plantings are charged at retail prices.
- Pots and containers are charged at retail prices.
- Soil is charged at .50/inch of the diameter of the pot or container (includes a fertilizer). Pots over 18” diameter may be subject to a surcharge.
- Grow & Care fee to keep your planters at the greenhouse until pick up.
